Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous. To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.... Read more
