Kept us up to date at all times. We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.
16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Not surprised to see some poor reviews here. I used Oakwood (Mottingham) before Covid for property management when moving abroad. They did not lodge the tenants deposit with DPS, and sent me a fake certificate when I asked for evidence. Daniel told me a temp worker had pocketed the deposit when he was on holiday and that she had produced the certificate (rubbish). He also did not follow due process when the tenants moved into the property which meant I had little chance for legal recourse should the tenants fall behind in rent. Oakwoods also did not provide me with a proper property management contract between them and myself, playing dumb when I asked for one. Unfortunately, this was my first time renting out a property and it was a learning experience. Agree with another reviewer that they only seemed to care about the sales side of the business.

More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. I have come to view Mark as an excellent wealth manager whose services and knowledge I greatly appreciate. Thanks a million!

31st Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Few viewings and obviously no prior questioning of possible buyer. None were ever going to buy an old listed proerty. Mostly too tall for low ceilings and nervous about flying freeholds.

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Extremely Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Humiliating Experience<br><br>I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated by Goldex Property Management in Gillingham. This has been one of the most unpleasant and humiliating experiences we have ever had when dealing with a letting agency.<br><br>We were genuinely interested in renting a property and were ready to proceed with the necessary arrangements. However, instead of being treated with fairness, honesty and professionalism, we were left feeling completely disrespected and humiliated.<br><br>We were given the strong impression that the agency had already decided which tenant they preferred and was attempting to persuade the landlord to choose that person.<br><br>We wasted our valuable time and energy dealing with this agency, only to be left feeling deeply disappointed and insulted.<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Goldex Property Management in Gillingham to be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, I have absolutely no confidence in their professionalism, fairness or the way they treat prospective tenants.

23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

He took the time to understand our requirements, answered all our questions thoughtfully, and made us feel comfortable without any pressure. His professionalism and genuinely helpful attitude made the whole experience very pleasant.

We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
