11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

They restored our faith after we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent. Working with John Alan, we got clear-eyed valuation, proactive updates, suggested solutions, and all with a friendly and reliable service. We are beyond grateful to John and Dee for their commitment to our sale and highly recommend them, they are a cut above all other local estate agents. If you are selling in South East London John Alan should be your first choice.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place

The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.
29th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Overvalued the property against market knowledge . Zero viewings in 12 weeks. We removed property from their hands as soon as we could. Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.
23rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.

He has communicated with us throughout each process and always been there for any questions we have had. I would highly recommend Moloney Country Property.
2nd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)In the last 5 years I’ve been renting and have dealt with a few different agencies. George Webb Finn is hands down the best agency. Phillip has been amazing through out and helped resolve any issues we had in a timely manner. We found Phillip to not only look out for the landlord and the property but for us as well which was really refreshing. We are so sorry to not be renting through them at this time but in the future they would be the first company we phone for future rentals or even when we decide to buy.

27th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Traveled nearly 3 hours to view a property they had up for sale with my family. Only to be told half an hour before the viewing that they had received 3 offers on the property, one above the asking price and one just below. Then told there was no point coming down to see it and asked to turn back around. Not only did I waste time and effort, we scheduled our days off to come and see this place and no one had the balls to call or email day before to say there were offers on the property and there’s a chance it may not be available after they speak with the owner. Wasted fuel, time, effort and money only to be told with half an hour to go. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they had only just found out, (all three, one above the asking price and one just under + another offer all came in that morning did it? In this stagnant market! Okay) and that the property actually had structural issues and was probably no good to me anyway. Next time you make a mistake just put your hand up, say sorry we go go to call you and let you know, offer to pay atleast the bloomin dart charge as a gesture of goodwill and atleast you can make people think you care. It’s a shame because I’m looking to move specifically into the area that property is located and I’ll be avoiding this estate agent entirely now. Can’t wait to hear what excuse they come up with in their reply (if they reply).
