27th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.
3rd Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Well, we have not finish the process of buying but I have to say Myles is really helpful, very professional and super fast. The most important they didn't spam my mail with lots of junk like others do. thanks for helping us with our first home.
31st Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

They restored our faith after we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent. Working with John Alan, we got clear-eyed valuation, proactive updates, suggested solutions, and all with a friendly and reliable service. We are beyond grateful to John and Dee for their commitment to our sale and highly recommend them, they are a cut above all other local estate agents. If you are selling in South East London John Alan should be your first choice.

The team has been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress?free. Every question I had was answered clearly, and any concerns were handled quickly and with genuine care. The apartment was presented exactly as advertised, and the move?in process was organised with impressive efficiency. I truly feel supported as a tenant, and it’s clear they take pride in providing a reliable, high?quality service. I’m extremely satisfied and would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive estate agent.

The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.

Fraser has been super helpful with everything we’ve needed.<br><br>Our oven broke last week, and Fraser arranged a replacement within just 2 days, which was brilliant! Compared to our last place, where it took them 2 months to sort out, this was amazing service.<br><br>Thanks again, Fraser — we really appreciate all your help! ?????? Highly recommended!

26th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Verbally confirmed that i had a room, awaiting move-in date/paperwork and then cancelled it on me 4 days later. Really helpful. Tina(director) dealing on behalf of her son so possibly conflict of interest in dealing professionally on the matter.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
