I have never ever experienced such bad management from a company the whole of the staff are very rude and are prepared to lie so if you are thinking about using this company be prepared they absolutely terrible at management I would not let them be in charge of any of my properties..... Read more

Been with a few property managements over recent years, but I have never experienced such bad management as this company!! Who thinks it's ok to send abusive and rude emails and will be prepared to tell constant lies on behalf of their clients. Worse experience was when I complained about the gas boiler needing a servicing as displayed on the screen and also was making loud banging noises which all their response was it has a gas safety certificate so it wasn't until I refused to pay my rent and get an independent gas safety company to come and check for my families well-being that they decided they would finally arrange for a plumber which took 3 weeks!!! That is just one of the many issues. I do hope other tenants do not have to experience their customers service as they only contact you when it suits them or when you refuse to pay the rent because of outstanding issues that this company overlooks... I’ve just gone through the process of renting a flat through Watershed and I’m very happy with the process and outcome. Not only was I able to secure viewing with my daughters in a matter of minutes through just a short phone call, the Watershed team also worked flexibly to ensure that I received the keys for the tenancy to start as planned. NOT RESPONSIVE AND DISAPPOINTING They do not answer the calls (Tried calling them on all the numbers they have and many times ) and do not communicate well. i have wasted a week time hoping that i will get the property. and after sharing the documents and after many chasers on mails and messages i get an on Friday that they cant show the property. what a waste of time and effort. i have been writing emails and messages daily to rent the property but they are not really helpful. What a shame -- Very Disappointed..... :( Lies and trying to change the story completely. Don't trust them , i have the email evidence where they asked for the documents pay slips, bank statements , ID prof and Cleary they said what amount i have to pay to block the house in the email and i wanted to pay that so that i can book the house for my self before its given to someone else. I Dint agree with you saying that you scheduled appointment for viewing, i asked if you can arrange viewing on Saturday and after that you said you will check and get back but no response. i have been waiting for your appointment and trying to reach you daily over email , when you are not responsive for emails that is when i calling to check the status hopping that you will pick the call and tell me if you have any appointment scheduled to view the property. don't say i have been you harassing that's sounds stupid, after you said you are not able to arrange viewing i did not chase you. they don't have min decency to call me an inform what happened instead they are respond to my review. you had time to write a review but did not have time to respond to my emails , that's a shame , if you have spent same amount of time to write me an email to communicate i would have been more then happy . then it would have been effective communication. i want to rent the property as per Government Rules and regulations that the reason i have provided the documents , i pay tax and bills on time. as evidence i have provided the Company pay slip and the current water and electricity bill as requested on the email by watershed, i follow the procedures that's the reason i have requested if i can visit on Saturday and if not Saturday i asked if i can send my cousin to do the visit on my behalf as i work on weekdays for which you agreed on the email. Check emails before you accuse someone falsely , Please check with my current owner and Agent they will give feedback about me Im responsible person , pay bills without fail and pay rent a day before the due date and following the rules and provided the documents as per gov regulations. Shame of you Watershed Property . i had to write this because of the amount of frustration i have gone through , i had lot of hopes that i will get the property and i have wasted my time because of your ineffective communication.... My experience with Watershed Property has been excellent. The staff has a professional attitude with an open-minded and charming character. The altitude of communication and support has been exceptional, they seem to be mindful of the tenants they put forward in the property and I was given honest feedback on the progress of finding a tenant in my property, I wish all the other estate agents are like Watershed Property. I am very impressed with the team as a whole and they certainly have made my job much easier as a result of their efficiency, I hope they excel in all they do. rubish company They provided fake client -seller who doesnt exist and I lost thousand pounds doing valuation mortgage aplication searches of the property. Not ARLA registered. Dont trust them !!!... Read more
