Learning everything mortgage, being contactable whenever we need her and feeling secure with her advice. Thanks to her we have had an offer accepted on our first home within a week of our first meeting. The services Allen & Harris provide is second to none. Cannot recommend more!

In 2024, our family returned, and Mr. Charlie Howlett was extremely helpful in finding a property for us. Since we arrived in Oxford in late August, when fewer properties were available, and were eager to move in as soon as possible, Charlie patiently took care of our needs, found suitable properties, and responded to our questions quickly and thoughtfully. Thanks to his efforts, we successfully moved into a wonderful house within a week. Overall, he’s a great person working at a great letting agency.

They were able to act really promptly to get our house to market, and basically held our hands through the entire process. They had great, friendly, efficient communication and answered many many questions, including helpfully on our onward purchase. And most importantly facilitated us achieving our goals.- 23rd Aug 2024 (20 days ago)If you want a team who are professional, knowledgeable, communicative and supportive then look no further. Every aspect of my house sale and purchase has had 5* service from all members of staff. 30th Aug 2024 (13 days ago)I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with you. I had filled up the application amd submitted my offer the day it was sent to me on 22nd of August and got no reply or response from you regarding it. The vast majority of the letting agencies move forwards after an offer is made but i was made to wait an entire week till 29th of August when i found out on right move that the property had been let agreed! It seems like i was purposely led on which not only caused me significant anxiety but also cost me other good properties that i had an opportunity to rent but didnt due to no clear answer on your part. It also feels as if the letting agreement was purposely delayed to find tenants of your preferences rather than on genuine and honest merits.

11th Sep 2024 (1 day ago)Amy was exceptionally supportive in helping us secure the right tenant for our property. The property is located within a very close-knit neighbourhood so ensuring the incoming tenant would be welcomed and enrich the existing community was very important to us. Previously the property was owner occupied hence it did not adhere to some of the new regulations and Amy was invaluable in guiding us through these regulations and securing the best contractors to address the problems in a timely manner. In addition the incoming tenant requested some minor improvements to the property and again Amy managed to secured the best contractor in a short time frame (over August no less!) and the works were undertaken to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone looking to let locally.

12th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)For the purchase of our house in Jericho, Oxford, we worked with Francis from JCP Estate Agents. Francis is a genuine person who never forgets the human side of things while doing business. He has his clients' best interests in mind. When things were getting a bit rough just before signing our contract, Francis was the sane voice who kept it all peaceful and made sure the sale was executed in time. For that, we'll always be grateful to Francis and JCP. If and when we decide to sell our place, no doubt we'll be calling Francis from JCP as having that trust that we have in him is very important. I heard similar praises for Francis from my neighbours who recently purchased properties here.

1st Sep 2024 (11 days ago)Recently I had rent a property from Alexander & Co . I was really nice experience . Staff members are very nice and always welcoming . "Jack dicey" is very nice person . I was searching a property to rent in Bicester and I went to Alexander office so many times for asking very small- small things . Sometimes, I was thinking jack will be getting angry on me ??????. But ,I glad he didn't ??.. Phillip , Abbie and merry also very nice people . Staff is very helpful and they always smiling .- 23rd Aug 2024 (20 days ago)I'm not sure what company other people are reviewing here, because this one deserves zero stars. They did basically nothing at all, and they held onto our security deposit for weeks for no reason. It took untold emails to get it back. They might have never given it back if we and the landlord had not pressed them. Just awful!

We were looking for a short term rent in the UK and Kayleigh kindly assisted us even before we landed. I highly recommend her and the Chancellors team.

1st Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
