I had an absolutely wonderful experience here being helped by Kayleigh. When I emailed a request through I received a call back almost right away. Kayleigh helped me find a property within my budget and area very quickly. I can't recommend this branch enough.

Shai Maguire was an excellent help, allowing me to secure a property to rent in the space of 48 hours!

It started great, but after the process started Shai was basically impossible to contact, which is a source of considerable stress because I was basically in the dark until 5 days before the start of the tenancy. I've called the branch so many times, but incredibly there is no one there to pick up. They sometimes call back, but when I say I need to talk to Shai, he is already busy and will call back. Not once has this happened. The only way I could get a response was by emailing the entire branch using the general email address. This is not professional, at all. I hope Chancellors understands that tenants are also customers that deserve professional service, not just the landlords. I will be avoiding Chancellors in the future.

Great service! We've been assisted Kayleigh Hearn who was absolutely wonderful. She was responsive, gave us great advise and showed us nothing but patience. We were looking for a short term rent in the UK and Kayleigh kindly assisted us even before we landed. I highly recommend her and the Chancellors team.

Senior Lettings Manager Kayleigh Hearn from the Kidlington Chancellors Office was very helpful and lovely to speak with, both on the phone and in person. She was able to get me a viewing shortly after I arrived to the office which was much appreciated as I was on a time crunch. She was prompt in assisting me and answered my questions with confidence and clarity.
