They valued the property realistically and showed a good knowledge of the market. There were several viewings within days of the property being put on the market resulting in a number of offers and an agreed sale at the asking price.
They kept me fully informed at all times and always responded to queries and messages extremely quickly.

A quite outstanding experience from start to finish. I was selling a house as part of the execution of a will while living some distance away, but Graeme and his team ensured that the whole process went very smoothly. At my initial meeting with Graeme, he clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the local property market and at no point during what was quite a difficult and protracted sale process did I ever doubt that I had chosen the best agent to handle the property sale. Graeme and Lisa handled the viewings superbly and once a buyer was found, they were very attentive in ensuring a rather slow chain of transactions proceeded to a successful exchange. On several occasions Graeme went far beyond what could be reasonably expected to help me with various issues that arose relating to the property. I am very grateful to all the staff at Thomas Merrifield Kidlington and would have no hesitation in recommending this agent.

This was a difficult move for us, the classical downsizing after 27 years in the family home.
Graeme and Julian were both knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, at this stressful time.
They always either answered straight away or returned our calls quickly. Communication is key in this process, can't fault them.
Graeme helped us through the early negotiations by being knowledgeable of the area, and supportive when necessary. Julian stepped into the process seamlessly, when Graeme was away.
Lisa also helped, when we wanted a second look around the property, which helped in the decision making process.
All in all can't recommend the team highly enough, would use them again, without a second thought.
