I bought my first property with Thomas Merrifield. Overall it's been a really positive experience. Organizing the viewings was quick and easy and Lisa was very helpful showing me around. I was quite anxious as a solo first time buyer but they answered all my questions. Graeme was also really helpful during the rest of the buying process. I'm really happy with my first little flat and the agency made it a really stress-free experience. Another bonus shout-out to Graeme who personally went to the property to retrieve my mattress that had been delivered too early and carried it into the property for me, so that it was ready for me when I got the keys! 5* service thank you.

We recently purchased a property through Thomas Merrifield, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to Lisa and Graeme. Unfortunately, we had employed another estate agent (Chancellors Woodstock) for the sale of our property, and their service was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, Lisa from Thomas Merrifield stepped in and guided us not only through the purchase of the property we were buying from Thomas Merrifield but also through the sale of our own property, despite us not being a direct paying customer. She took on this responsibility because our chosen estate agent was unresponsive and incompetent.
Lisa acted as our personal advisor, going above and beyond what we ever expected from an estate agent. She provided invaluable guidance, making the complex process of buying a home feel manageable and stress-free. When Lisa was on holiday, the handover to Graeme was seamless. He was fully informed and up to date on all the details, thanks to Lisa's meticulous briefing, which ensured there was no disruption in the excellent service we received.
I could write an essay on all the positive things Lisa and Graeme did to help us with the purchase of this property. Their dedication, knowledge, and customer-focused approach were exemplary. My only regret is that I didn't engage Thomas Merrifield to sell my house. If you are looking for an estate agent who truly cares about your needs, I cannot recommend Lisa, Graeme, and the team at Thomas Merrifield highly enough.

Thomas Merryfield Kidlington were professional, supportive and knowledgeable in dealing with the sale of my late parent’s house. Graeme especially was very helpful and patient through the year long journey, thank you also to Lisa for conducting viewings. Communication was good, I was kept updated through the whole experience.

They valued the property realistically and showed a good knowledge of the market. There were several viewings within days of the property being put on the market resulting in a number of offers and an agreed sale at the asking price.
They kept me fully informed at all times and always responded to queries and messages extremely quickly.
