   I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.... Read more

   I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care!    It has been quite a pleasant experience with Charlie Salter . He works high-efficiently and always gives us the very prompt reply of every enquiry. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one .    Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
