7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Didn’t hear much from them in the first 6 weeks and a very tough market to try and sell in. Once we started chasing them things started to happen, I did feel they were more reactive rather than pro active. A few different staff members with varying levels of ability, I got the feeling they are going through some changes.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.

31st Oct 2020 (6 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
