21st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .
12th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I just want to say a massive thank you to Sofia and the team at Reeds Rains in Huddersfield for helping us get our beautiful new home ???? After being let down at the last minute for another property we were supposed to be renting, I spoke to Sofia who advised they had the perfect property for us. We arranged a viewing straightaway and absolutely LOVED it! Sofia was so lovely and knowledgeable and ensured everything went through efficiently for us. We can't thank you enough for our beautiful new family home

We bought our first house from Rob and the team when we met bed to the valley and each time we've dealt with them for subsequent properties they've been there to support us through the journey and even just for advice. This time has been nothing less than perfect

18th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. 11th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.

She was proactive, persistent, and always kept things moving when they could easily have stalled. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she made the whole process feel much more manageable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to get things over the line. I’m very grateful for all her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

21st May 2026 (23 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

27th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!
