Throughout the entirety of our dealings with Stuart Rushton we were impressed. All our interactions with their staff proved them to be polite, courteous and effective communicators. They sought to rectify issues that arose promptly and without fuss. Special recognition must go to Richard who proved an extremely capable character who was able to continually drive the sale forward. We had absolute faith in him throughout the process and would be delighted to use Stuart Rushton again in the future.
We finally completed the sale through Stuart Rushton today. It's been a journey of highs and lows that I wouldn't want to repeat in so many ways, but I couldn't let today pass without saying a big thank you to their team. Richard and Alex in particular have simply been superb throughout the last 12 months. Their calm professionalism, thoroughness and tenacious approach to follow-up are a benchmark that other estate agents can only aspire to achieve.

Helpful and friendly team, giving plenty of support throughout application and letting period. We rent a house with Irlams and I always feel safe and well taken care of. I never hesitate to contact Anthony and he always replies quickly and solves any problem we may have.
I am really disappointed with Irlams handling issues. I've raised a problem with them almost three weeks ago and they promised to fix it few times, but this is still not fixed and I don't have hot water in my apartment. It looks like they don't care at all after the agreement is signed...I wouldn't recommend using this agency
Currently renting a property from Mellor Braggins and honestly I would recommend them to everyone. Very professional and really helpful. Fees are the usual estate agent fees but it's worth paying to be with a brilliant company :)
Couldn't organise the proverbial drinking session in a brewery. Arranged to view a property which was "immediately available" in Knutsford and for Meller Braggins staff to arrange viewing of another property in the village on the same day. Although well aware that I live over two hours drive away from the viewing location they didn't tell me until just before I reached my destination that, despite days in which to do it, they had completely failed to arrange the second viewing. During viewing of the available property I was told that it wasn't immediately available now after all, there was a "note in the book" (entered before I arranged the viewing) that the owner had said he might want to use it for a couple of weeks himself. Following viewing I decided to take the property, dependent on it becoming available in two weeks time. More than 24 hours later I got a phone call to say that the landlord may decide to take the property off the market but they don't know what's actually happening. In the meantime I am 200 miles and four hours travelling out of pocket, have lost half a day, and need to start looking again. MB in Knutsford have a couldn't care less attitude, thinking it's no issue to treat clients this way and that it's my problem anyway. I wouldn't touch this lot with a bargepole, easily the smuggest, most poorly organised, least helpful and least professional people it has ever been my misfortune to come across.
