After trying to contact multiple local estate agents to find a property to rent, I finally had the pleasure of coming across Bridgfords. A week after viewing and I am now in a property that is perfect. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Lian. Leah, from the Knutsford branch, came out on Friday 22nd September 2023, to value my 80 year old mothers property, she gave my mother all the information and told her the total cost to sell the property, through Bridgford's Knutsford.
Mum asked if she could think about it over the weekend and could Leah ring back on Monday 25th September, Leah, said no problem, I'll call on Monday, nearly 2 weeks later, mum is still waiting for her to call back, it is now 4th October 2023.
Un professional and ignorant, especially as my mother is 80 Years of age.
Mum has now moved on to another, much more professional company.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bridgfords in Knutsford. From an initial face to face meeting with Caroline Winstanley in late 2021, through to What's Ap calls with Liz Mills in 2022 (I live in Australia) and subsequent meetings after arriving back in the UK in July last year, the level of service my brother & I received were absolutely excellent.
Their proactive customer service, clear communication and good humour helped make what could have been a problematic and protracted process so much easier.
The viewing day that Caroline arranged for us in August 2022 was a highlight for us as it was so well organised, ran like clockwork with 10 potential buyers and eventually led to an offer being made & accepted on our Knutsford property.

We are currently renting for the first time with Brigfords as our letting agency. Zaneta was our negotiator and she provided outstanding service to us, she was very approachable and personable, certainly a breath of fresh air following other less pleasant experiences with other agencies and negotiators. Also Nathan our property manager is swift in handling any maintenance issues that we report, this is an area where other agencies quickly let themselves down, but not this Brigfords crew in Knutsford.

During my search for a new property, I dealt with Caroline & Liz in the Knutsford branch - they were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our dealings and were both proactive and unfailingly responsive to all of my queries.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services - you are in safe hands with them.
Alongside this, I had the great fortune of being introduced to Chris Sanders, their in-house mortgage broker who works for Countrywide. He provided an outstanding service and went out of his way to turn an extremely challenging situation to my own personal advantage, skilfully navigating the numerous pitfalls I encountered in trying to emerge from a financially damaging divorce - I have to give him huge credit for his sterling work here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring the services of a mortgage broker.

We were told about countrywide when our current mortgage advisor had failed to even get us an AIP, we thought we weren't going to be able to get a house for months maybe years due to this and were really disheartened until we were referred to Chris Sanders at Bridgfords, within 48 hours he had an AIP for us above what we even thought we would get and has been on call for any questions or queries (and there were a lot being first time buyers) I could not recommend him any higher due to how comfortable we felt with him and how quickly he worked and now we have an offer accepted on a house when we'd pretty much given up all hope

My mum was informed that her house would be cleaned and decorated prior to moving into her rental property. Instead, after being asked to pay a year’s rent in advance, she was given the keys to a house which had not been decorated, was damp, extremely dirty and in a poor state of repair. When asked to address these concerns, the agent said it wasn’t her fault and walked out leaving my mum with keys to an unfit property and nowhere else to go having sold her home through Bridgfords the same day. I am appalled at the way my mum had been treated and lack of professionalism shown by the letting team. What shameful behaviour.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We were looking to rent a property in Knutsford and had booked it on the condition that the carpets would be cleaned. Neither are the carpets cleaned nor the property. Their inventory report mentions that the property was cleaned at an average standard. However there are stains everywhere on the floor, paper pieces in the cloak area and strange smell coming from the bathroom which suggests that the property was not cleaned at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Our adventure started for buying our first brand new house, using services of another mortgage advisory firm, which indeed seems to be a quite popular one. However, after 10 days of hassle, we asked help from Lewis to save us. He managed to get our AIP from one of the big four banks within less than two days, which the previous firm failed to get in 10 days. From the start until the exchange of contracts, he has always made us feel comfortable, filled with trust. I have been using the Bridgfords for over three years and wanted to take an opportunity, after recently receiving further excellent service, to highlight my appreciation to the Bridgford team. Although the recent interaction encouraged me to leave this review the first-rate level of service has been consistent throughout the period I have been using Bridgfords and do not hesitate to recommend the Knutsford Bridgford team.
I find that Lisa and the team are very knowledgeable, supportive and committed who are always personable and also professional in all their dealings and actions. Problems that are raised are quickly and proactively resolved and well communicated to me and tenants throughout. The pragmatic approach and tenacity is really appreciated.

Recently went through a remortgage with Lewis which should have been straight forward but ended up being a little more complicated. Based on my experience using this branch and in particular Lewis as my mortgage advisor i would offer nothing but the highest of recommendation.
