Poor service on returning phone calls for viewings. Left my details and had to chase to get them to call me back. Finally got a call back and was told they would check with the owner and come back to me. Property is completely vacant and so god knows why it’s been a week and and no one has called me back

He was honest and upfront and I feel his fees represent value for money. I did not feel pressured by Simon in anyway, something which I had felt by other agents. He was realistic in his selling approach and always listened to my concerns. Meller Braggins handled all of the house viewings for us which was amazing- this really took the stress from me. Meller Braggins currently manage two Buy to Let Properties for us and we have a third currently undergoing refurbishment which they will soon take on board too. The managed service Meller Braggins provide is excellent. I'd particularly like to mention Mark Wilkinson who is our main point of contact. The two managed properties work like clockwork, and when we do occasionally need additional information or access to the properties Mark deals with our requests promptly. Mark has been assisting me with contractors for our current refurbishment and keeping things moving along really well. Mark is professional, friendly, organised and efficient. Cannot recommend Simon and Richard at Meller Braggins enough. During a very difficult time for me. They came round to view my father’s property, that I was selling. They gave me some pointers on staging the house for sale, held an open house for us and found us a buyer within two days. As we do not live in the area, they kept an eye on the house for me during the sales process. Our sales process was very challenging, and I was kept in the loop during the whole process, They were always available to answer any questions I had an even provided support for any issues we had. Amazing service again from Meller Braggins!
This is the second time now I have used Simon for a property sale.
We recently put my daughters period flat on the market with Simon and it sold immediately which I believe was down to the brilliant marketing.
Simon is very professional and a pleasure to work with and is always easily contactable which is important to me .
When things got a little tricky towards the end with the sale Simon was there for us calling the solicitors on our behalf and so helped ease the process before it got too stressful for both us the sellers and for the buyer

Purchased through Knutsford Meller Braggins recently, and I recieved excellent service and support for the entire process.
Quick to book a viewing, and provided an informative and detailed walkthrough of the property. They processed everything very swiftly, and while I did run into complications due to my solicitor (completely unrelated), Richard and the team were extremely helpful, patient, and worked diligently on their end to ensure we still reached completion before the stamp duty break ended.
