Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The AI agent photos were not particularly impressive and there were several errors in the early documentation. However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. Their approach was to push for the modern auction or a deep discount, and in the end it was the discount that got the sale.
29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Poor experience. Manager spoke so well and smooth before putting the property on the market. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.
