My husband and I used Wards estate agents to buy a property and they were excellent. Our estate agent Emma was fantastic every step of the way, from viewing to completion she was in regular contact, chased up documents and solicitors and managed to get our sale completed in record time. We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through.
