Although the process took some time, I’m really pleased that the sale has finally gone through and I can move on to the next chapter of my life! ?????? I truly appreciate all their support.
30th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine
9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

Everytime we have an issue or any concern that we raise Harry would do anything that he could to give us a quick answer and we're very happy as tenants with his overall performance. 7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

31st Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Few viewings and obviously no prior questioning of possible buyer. None were ever going to buy an old listed proerty. Mostly too tall for low ceilings and nervous about flying freeholds.

However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. They’re a lovely, genuine team who offer a personal and thoughtful approach, you can tell they work well together and genuinely care about the people they look after.<br><br>Karina, Kelly and Debbie have all been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. Our problems are always resolved.<br><br>I’ve really enjoyed being a tenant with Bluebell Estates and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, approachable and caring estate agency. We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.- 16th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Disappointed with communication felt like we did the chasing. Also they didn't try anything to push sales as far as we could see.
