He and his team kept us updated throughout the sale and were quick to answer questions.<br><br>This was especially valuable during some tricky moments (when information wasn't particularly forthcoming from other parties in the chain), without that, sales can ultimately fall apart.<br>Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and Ed made the process as smooth as possible.<br><br>I'd happily recommend him and Knight Frank Sevenoaks to others.
30th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine
9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. Their approach was to push for the modern auction or a deep discount, and in the end it was the discount that got the sale.- 30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Be Chapman and Samantha Turner from Wards (Kings Hill) have made our recent Kings Hill home purchase a breeze. Throughout the process they were always available to answer questions and clarify complex local town and procedural matters. Responses were always rapid and clear. We would most definitely appoint Wards (specifically Be and Sam) should we ever sell or buy a property in Kings Hill in the future.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.- 16th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Disappointed with communication felt like we did the chasing. Also they didn't try anything to push sales as far as we could see.
