18th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

From meeting,advertising and to a successful sale and all within 3 week window they were 1st Class. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose. 16th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

The welcome hamper was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much they care about their clients. Whenever we’ve had any requests or concerns regarding the house, their team has always been quick to respond and very helpful. Their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency have made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Mavor & Company to anyone looking for a reliable and caring housing agent!

The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.

There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
