From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. Would always be my first choice for selling or buying a property- 4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)The whole process from first contacting Colin Young at Remax, Carluke, to the Survey being done, photographs being taken and an offer being made on the property was made seamless. Colin and the team could not have been more helpful and any questions I had they were promptly answered. Thank you to everyone involved.

Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you

Nothing is ever a hassle, and they consistently go above and beyond to help.<br><br>A huge shout-out to Gav, who has been there for us on numerous occasions. His knowledge, experience and willingness to go the extra mile have made such a difference every single time. Nothing is ever too much hassle, and we know we can pick up the phone and he’ll always do everything he can to help. We genuinely don’t know where we’d be without him!<br><br>Another shout-out to Lindsay, who has helped us with our life cover, insurances and our Will. She made the whole process so straightforward and was always on hand to answer any questions and make sure everything was right for us.<br><br>The whole team are just amazing, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. We have always felt in safe hands and know we can rely on them whenever we need anything.<br><br>We wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend Arrowhead enough! ??????????

Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.

This company is one in a million and I will always recommend them to anyone thinking of selling property.
11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Outstanding service from David, Iain, Craig and the team at Coats & Hall. They came recommended and what a recommendation it was. Within a day of agreeing to use David’s services and in a pretty urgent situation to sell, he had arranged for photographs, videos and home report to be done. This was all completed within days and advertised. Throughout the selling process David and his team were on hand to answer questions 24/7 and replies couldn’t have been any quicker. I definitely would and have already recommended Coats & Hall as an excellent Estate Agents. Thank you and worth every penny.
