2nd Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Marketing was terrible. Shouldn’t be using an iPhone for marketing photos. Spelling mistakes in brochure. Didn’t understand local market and knowledge of the town. Angle of photographs poor. In description mentioned village setting in a market town. Giving me statistics suggesting they had sent 105 emails to various clients, when it turned out to be the same clients they were emailing every 2-3 weeks. Very poor agents. Don’t recommend.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Arranged to view property no one turned up. I travelled an hour stood in the pouring rain and they said they had rang me six times to confirm the appointment. I never got any phonecalls. If hadn't been able to make the viewing I would have called. They wouldn't even come five mins down the road to let e view said they were busy . Disgusting service

We were impressed by Tarun’s proactive approach and knowledge of the local market. He asked pertinent questions and sold the property for us very quickly. Sharon has been our contact since the sale. She again has been very professional and helpful and has ensured that the lines of communication are kept open.
27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I’m currently in the process of purchasing a property through this agency, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from straightforward.<br><br>Communication has been particularly disappointing. I often feel uncomfortable having to chase for updates, especially when very little information is provided proactively.<br><br>On several occasions, I’ve called and spoken to Hollie, only for her to seemingly struggle to hear me before the call is disconnected. This has happened more than once and has only added to the frustration.<br><br>After several weeks of negotiations and finally reaching an agreed deal, I would have expected a much smoother and more professional process.<br><br>Everything seems unnecessarily slow, and I’m still unclear about where things stand with my purchase.<br><br>As someone who has dealt with property transactions before, this is certainly not the level of communication or service I’m accustomed to.<br><br>I genuinely hope things improve, as purchasing a property should be an exciting experience rather than one filled with uncertainty and constant chasing.
