   My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them.    I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out.    Fantastic service from start to finish. We rented our property with Carter & May and then decided to sell. Tim was open and honest about a realistic sale price for our home and this saw it snapped up. Unfortunately there were issues with the chain below us and this meant the sale collapsed. Tim remained confident throughout that process with good communication and positive viewings. The new buyers sale went through without any issues.
