It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

We are so grateful to the team, and especially Jo Eldridge, for their attention to detail and commitment. Selling and buying a home is a huge milestone and can be quite eventful. However, our experience has ended successfully - moving into our dream home because of the team's dedication and relentless pursuit to advocate for their client the whole time. There has never been a time where our needs, queries or support weren't answered immediateness & the whole process made us feel high-priority. Harry Mishons was was incredibly easy to contact, informative and pragmatic from booking the first viewing, all the way to completion. During the process, they were informative and supportive in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible while we made sure it was the right purchase for us. Keira and Harry checked in during the process and kept us informed and were very helpful Mishons were also supportive on giving access to the property for further visits, including prior to completion. I am still amazed at how smoothe the buy process was, compared to what I was expecting and Mishons were a huge part of this. I would recommend them to anyone

25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I spoke to Sophie, Max and Fred - I honestly cannot think of a way they could have been more helpful or more lovely. Sophie’s viewing style was perfect for me, she’s friendly and calm so naturally puts you at ease. She allowed me to take the lead (walk into rooms first, and chose the order to go round the home) - this respectful approach allowed me to fully engage with the space, and further put me at ease as I viewed. Viewing rooms in the order I wanted allowed me to put my priorities for a home first - providing an opportunity to really imagine myself in the home. Throughout this process the team have been knowledgable about the house, clear, and transparent - taking time to explain the process, and answer any (and all!) of my questions. As a result I felt supported, and really enjoyed interactions with the team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible. Moreover, the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications, confuse the process and be highly dismissive when we tried to express how we wanted to proceed. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress. My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process, as ours seemed to only be interested in cashing in their commission.

They let our property in no time at all and made sure we got the right tenants. We are no longer young and we felt very keenly that they were looking out for us. 24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I can’t fault the hard work that Aidan and Harry have put into selling our flat. When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

She's been amazing to deal with - super professional, excellent communication and organised with the contract and admin side of things. She has found amazing tenants. Very happy with Leaders service. Superb service by Molly at Leaders in 2022. Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)They were okay. We worked with a few estate agents in the area and ended up buying with Vince Taylor Tofts. They seemed eager at first and then seemed to lose interest after we didn't make an offer on the third house viewing, even going as far as to suggest we make an offer as soon as we'd viewed a house 'because the sellers will have to sell to another interested party if we don't'. One of the managers was also rather...creative in his description of the garden size of a property we viewed which ended up wasting our time, and the time of the agent as it was nothing like he suggested. When our offer was accepted, I made a point of emailing all the agents to let them know, so they don't spend any time looking for us and Oakfield were the only ones who didn't bother responding.
