Rob and his team were just brilliant in helping to pull off the sale of our rented property. The whole matter was extremely difficult from start to finish: dealing with an uncooperative tenant to navigating a complex sale which came with undisclosed aspects. They gave us heart that the sale would actually happen!

This isn’t like other estate agents. Estate agents as a whole get a very bad press. These guys are normal down to earth helpful professionals who make you feel at ease. No pressure and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a really good experience with Lewes estates. They are personable and easy to get in touch with. It is so much better dealing with a local firm who understands Lewes and the area than one of the bigger chains. We have used Lewes estates twice now and are very happy to recommend them and if we move in Lewes we will be using them again. We would be much more likely to buy a house sold by Lewes estates also because we know it would be easier than with the other firms.

I found Paul to be something quite unusual in estate agents - honest & actively helpful. I bought through
Lewes Estates rather than selling so I can't comment on that side. But he went out of his way to resolve problems. I was impressed.

It was nice to find an estate agent who avoided the usual flannel one expects when selling . We chose Lewes Estates after chatting to Paul who came across not only knowledgable but also upfront, honest and above all professional. He assisted us throughout our sale at every step answering our queries, which I add were many, in a pro-active timely fashion.
