21st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.
25th May 2022 (1 year ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????

They were always professional courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We were regularly updated and they put a lot of time and effort along with patience in the successful sake We highly recommend.
19th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.

21st Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Just completed my purchase. Due to the perfect storm with lockdown, stamp duty holiday my experience was very stressful. Thankfully Homes & Land guided me through. I really trust them and are nice to deal with. Chloe went above and beyond the call of duty. Would use them again in a without any hesitation.

He always kept me informed and worked so hard to get us in our beautiful home….we have now been here for two months and I still have to kick myself when I pull up outside our forever home. Peter really is a knight in shining armour and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Forever grateful!!! Thank you Peter!!! X

I used HQ and a larger company, and HQ proved themselves to be the better agent over and over again. HQ are the only honest estate agent out there and you should not doubt using them.

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
