From the first visit the research, enthusiasm and effort he injected was head and shoulders above his peers. Throughout the whole sale process David has been communicative and generous with his time offering advice and being a sounding board for thoughts and direction. Genuinely felt valued. He has worked 7 days a week, often responding to emails outside of business hours in order to secure a sale. In a world of increasingly faceless customer service, chat bots and online portals, I thoroughly recommend and value Chandlers service, knowledge and personable interaction.

She had answered all our questions and was very fast and efficient with communicating with us via phone and email, her service was second to none, and we are delighted to say we are now property owners thanks to Saoirse!

The entire process was smooth and i felt supported at every step. Highly recommend this agency and Marta for anyone looking to rent or buy a home.
18th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

17th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I signed up with Esquire had to pull and and sell privately, they were committing fraud, was getting money from potential customers as a backhander (£20,000) to secure them the sale and take the property off the market. I did report them to the Ombusman. This was my first time ever experiencing anything like this. So my trust in estate agents is not good.

27th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I initially chose to get 5 separate estate agents to value my late mothers home, of which Zak from HR Estates shone brightly above the others. My initial thoughts and gut instincts served me well as Zak helped us feel at ease and kept us fully informed at every level through the entire experience from day one until completion. I highly recommend this very eager to please and professional young man, he is super polite, makes no false promises, a man of his word and the total opposite of the stereotypical estate agent. His calm and friendly but totally professional approach made a difficult time so so much easier and bearable. If you read this Zak once again thank you for everything, we truly are grateful.

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
