At every stage he ensures to be very open and makes sure that we are happy in buying the property. He is very unique, so be very open with him on your needs, concerns, queries and he will help you through the entire process.

27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately had a bad experience lately with Robinsons, we rented until recently, god fobid if you have a major problem with the property you rent from them, they dont answer your emails or calls, its as if they dont care, they've got your money thats all they are interested in, thier employees make empty promises, perhaps they should just stick to selling houses, that way once it done you dont need to deal with them again

(81 reviews)11th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I used Pennine Kennedy for a new build conveyance last year and my experience was absolutely awful. They made a significant mistake in their memorandum of advice. Their negligence on the matter has caused me to lose almost £70k. I found that they are unresponsive when you need legal counsel the most, perhaps because of high staff turnover and because they take on too many matters. What is even more disrespectful and a wonton breach of their duty of care to clients is that I raise a complaint in January and still have not received a response. They keep stalling me. I am now taking it up with SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and lawyers. If I were doing it again, I would use a conveyancer that comes recommended by an impartial party (not real estate agents that refer work to them) and has the capacity to handle the conveyance with the care it deserves.

Another differentiator is his ability to coach you about the process - providing guidance on realistic pricing and the viability of prospective buyers, only putting forward offers if they are genuinely proceedable.
