From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, especially in accommodating us with our newborn, and did everything possible to help us secure our beautiful home, including arranging numerous viewings to suit our circumstances and advocating for us on stamp duty relief. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end! We couldn’t be happier and truly can’t thank you both enough.
17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We instructed Chandlers to handle the sale of house in relation to probate. they sold the house within 36 hrs of going to market. The whole process was smooth and we were kept informed of progress throughout. James in particular was excellent nothing was too much and made us feel at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend them when it come to selling property
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
5th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

From start to finish, the process was remarkably smooth and stress-free. What really sets Castles apart is the people. Every individual we spoke to felt like someone we’d known for years—there is a genuine warmth and professionalism there that is hard to find. Their recommendations for mortgage providers and solicitors were also top-notch, keeping everything streamlined. A special shout-out to Iain from the Sales Progression team. He was instrumental in keeping the momentum going on both sides and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Thank you, Matt, for leading such a fantastic team. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout what turned out to be a particularly difficult property sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keaton and Connie to anyone looking to sell their property.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)Very happy with the service so far. Wellington Evans isn't an agency I've used before but they came top of the recommendations from getagent. I have found their approach professional and personable. Nick conducted the initial valuation and, if I'm being totally honest, it was a bit outside of my expectations. However , it went to show that I have no idea about the local market and Nick was spot on with us achieving near on the asking price in a week. James and Kess gave sound impartial advice on the offers but not forgetting Beth who, I would guess, does a lot behind the scenes. Overall I can't fault them.
