The call felt quite rushed, and I came away with the impression that there wasn’t much interest in helping with my enquiry.<br><br>It’s a shame, as I’m looking to build relationships with local agents for both current and future opportunities. Even if I’m not in a position to proceed with a particular property straight away, good customer service and a helpful approach would definitely encourage me to come back in the future.

He was straightforward and easy to deal with, and did a great job of keeping everything moving along. The end result was a sale I was very happy with, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

We decided to sell and received a very professional service with regular updates and emails. The house sold quite quickly and Hills continued to provide help and support until the sale completed. Would highly recommend Hills!

They appreciated its features and that what some people might see as an unruly garden was to us, and to some potential buyers, a great opportunity for wildlife and organic growing.
