Eight weeks into the buying process and days from finalising the mortgage application, I was gazumped by another buyer. Throughout this time this agency continued to run viewings on the property when I had been told my offer had been accepted it was off the market. I spend significant time and money moving to get the purchase finalised but the seller/ estate agents decide to gazump me.
