20th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

I can't thank Conrad Shaw (a staff member in Bedford office) enough for his steadfastness and resilience in the discharge of his duties. When hopes appeared to have dashed in securing an accommodation from other letting agencies, then I met Conrad Shaw. He would say to me and I quote "I can't see while you (i.e. me) should not get the accommodation". He was always positive and reassuring. He would reach out to notify of any development. 15th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)TW were instructed at the second agent after I felt my original agent was not getting the results the house merited. Their marketing materials much better and viewing feedback and Street Platform better than of the other agent. Overall please, and whilst not achieved the desired asking price, this was more down to market circumstances, I am pleased with the Taylor Walsh agency

8th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Hunters were a complete failure. Communication was non existent. We spent time getting our home read for a video and they just did not bother to show up. They were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and pick a different agent.

Ian in particular has been an absolute gem; he provided stellar guidance during the viewing process, listened to our preferences, possesses a wealth of knowledge and has been such a wonderful support during the buying process! When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

He knows the properties well and is brilliant at keeping in contact with everyone involved in the chain. He also has great recommendations for surveyors, solicitors and removal companies to make the process as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend!
