We found their approach refreshing, honest & professional. James communicated & guided us through each step of what was a very quick sale after a bumpy & stressful year with other estate agents. Our only regret was not instructing them to sell our house sooner and avoiding the stress. Thank you to all the team at Chandlers.

I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

2nd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We dealt with Sophia when looking at a potential property to purchase. She was incredibly efficient and even willing to meet us an hour later to view the property. Not only was this appreciated but by the time we were home she had found answers for the majority of our questions. When trying to find a home to buy, this level of dedication was noticed and really appreciated. Sadly the property wasn't meant to be when our offer was refused but Sophia phoned to check in with us. Thoroughly recommend Taylors and Sophia specifically!

Moving house can be a stressful time, but throughout, Regan made the process stress free with his knowledge, friendly manner, and him regular keeping me up to date with the progress throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Regan which was so reassuring. I could not have expected any better interaction, and so I can truthfully highly recommend Regan as regards professionalism, and ensuring that any future clients can be assured of a five star service. 12th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Our purchase of a property in Winslow through Alexander & Co was a positive experience - and Madelaine Thompson, who accompanied us for most of the journey, was always bright, positive and helpful. Others in the team stepped in when Madelaine was not available, and maintained the positive experience for us. The agent, of course, works for the vendor - but Alexander & Co had the purchaser's interests clearly in focus, and did their best to smooth over issues when they arose during the process.

They adapted very well to an issue that occurred in a chain that broke and kept the purchase alive. They were exceptional in dealing with a challenging vendor and this helped progress things to a very satisfactory outcome. I would certainly deal with their team again and happy to endorse them and their services.

16th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We had a wonderful experience working with Molly during our recent house purchase with Urban & Rural (Bletchley). From the very beginning, her friendliness made the process feel accessible and comfortable. Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or uptight, but with Molly it felt easy and natural from the outset, which we really appreciated. One aspect we particularly valued was her proactive approach in liaising between us and the sellers. She consistently kept us informed throughout the process, which made communication smoother and helped maintain a cordial and positive relationship with the sellers, who were also exceptionally lovely. A real highlight for us was Molly’s support when an issue arose with the conveyancers attempting to overcharge us. When we reached out to her, she responded immediately and was incredibly proactive. She liaised with the agency’s director, who then raised our concerns directly with the conveyancing team. We believe this intervention played a key role in resolving the matter as we had hoped. Overall, Molly’s approachability and ability to build rapport with both parties truly set her apart. She helped make what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We would happily work with Urban & Rural again in the future, and of course with Molly. We wish her every success and a bright future in real estate.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

Jon, Jeremy and especially Omar were all brilliant from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service — nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our property at its best. Above all, they’re just genuinely great people — honest, professional, and full of integrity.
