But the 'star of the show' is Rita one of his negotiators. Her dedication to the task at hand and willingness to 'go the extra mile or two' is impressive. Without her my London flat would never have sold in a an atrocious 'climate' ... everyone and their cat were wanting to up sticks and move out of the big city.- 27th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Extremely professional and supportive throughout. 12th May 2024 (6 days ago)I bought my first home through Goodfellows estate agent - Mitcham. They provide great hustle-free service. Would definitely recommend that team of professionals, especially Omar Shosanya. He always was patient and answered all of my questions. He chased sellers solicitors to make completion day as soon as possible. Had great experience with them so highly recommend for everyone!

31st Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Stay CLEAR of this agency. So unfaithful to their word. Needed a fix within the rented house and they constantly kept delaying the process. Stay Away from this company especially Mr SCARIA. Horrible rude man over the phone with no etiquette on how deal with customers and queries. There are many estate agency's in this area, do yourself a favour and find one that will atleast Respect you and stay well away from these guys.
29th Oct 2015 (8 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

In particular, Nicky Gilbert at Cromwells has been a complete godsend. We had a really difficult purchase and she consistently chased its progress and kept us updated (and kept me calm!), all the while placating our own buyers. I can not thank her enough and can not sing her praises high enough! Many thanks to Nicky (a real asset to the company) and all at Cromwells. I really believe that without Nicky's expertise our chain would have collapsed and we would have had to start all over again.
