Entire development was let within just three months. We received professional advise and Dipan guided negotiations to achieve best possible outcome for Landlord. Other agents tried to imitate and undercut - I ignored them. Recommend and will use again. Thank you!

They supported my parents with their move into a new property, the level of communication was superb. I would highly recommend them to friends, family & colleagues.
3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

Although my circumstances changed and I never ended up pursuing a move, he always kept me abreast of new listings and was kind enough to drive me around the area between viewings. I’d recommend requesting to speak to Leo personally.
