We bought the house through Paul Graham but were not at all happy with the service we received as a buyer.
They were never interested in helping us, took many calls to just get a viewing then 5 phone calls when making an offer as no one ever got back to us! I then had to do the chasing to get the purchase through.
We said we would never go back to them when selling as multi branch companies like this just don't seem interested & you just feel like a number. Shame but with there being so many agents in the area, you've got choice & this company was not on our list.
Just agreed to buy a house through Burn and Warne, amazing service. Excels in communicating with clients whoever they may be. The staff always have a smile on their face. Burn & Warne always exceeds the expectation levels of customer service that I hoped for. If I could give over five stars, I would.

Leaders at Sutton have been fantastic from start to finish. Purchased my first flat through them and when your new to this stuff it can be a bit daunting. Ellie, Esther and Daniel were fantastic and went the extra mile to help with queries.
Daniel was brilliant leading up to exchange, completion communicating with myself and the seller about frustrations and egging on the solicitors to get cracking. Fantastic team and could not recommend them highly enough. A HUGE thanks ladies and gents for all your hard work!!

My initial contact with R &P team was to purchase a new home in 2018, but down the line the realities of selling and moving on was marred by financial challenges, tenancy issues and the rest. However, great advice, succinct direction and support from Aaron (Mortgage Team) led to reviewing my current mortgage to set my finances on a better footing! It’s been a huge relief and I now look forward to a better year ahead. Through this whole process each member of the team has been supportive, professional and always on task.
We completed a re-mortgage with Chris at Rosindale Pavitt. From the 1st appointment we saw what money we would be saving. We signed up and then were handed over to Tyler.
Tyler keeps you updated even if there was nothing to report. We never had to chase Tyler or Chris for anything.
What was especially nice was that you’re not passed to a call centre to get updates. It’s all kept locally. Chris wasn’t phased if we had questions and was happy to answer unlike previous larger companies who seem to sign you up and shrug you off.
Rosindale Pavitt are a people company and we felt they were honest and genuine without a hard sell.
Looking forward to doing the whole process again in a couple of years.

I would thoroughly recommend using Cromwells, Wallington if you're buying or selling locally. Mainly dealt with Sam and Mitzie, both were incredibly efficient, helpful and chased up my vendors solicitors way beyond their job description. When you call with a query, anyone in the office can help you, there isn't one specific agent for your property. They added zero stress to a period of time which is typically immensely stressful. ADDING ON TO HARRIETS REVIEW.
To begin with, the flat had damp which Cromwells had promised us a free survey. After 2 weeks of emails and calls they finally contacted the damp company. (A delay due to Cromwells)
The reason for the seller taking the flat off the market was because of a lack of communication and taking too long. The seller repeatedly called cromwells, who failed to notify us. We were waiting for the mortgage lender, which is out of our hands. If we had been contacted we would have been able to give information with the ongoing situations.
After Harriet leaving a review, which we felt was adequate due to our experience, we have tried to arrange to view another flat. We are desperate to sort out a property with a baby on the way (we dont have a lot of options), so we were going to try and look past the bad customer service and try again. Unfortunately, we were met with a very unprofessional respose. It does not look like Cromwells are willing to deal with us.
Yes we may have gone against our word, gone back to Cromwells on our knees but thats because we are desperate to get a property before the baby is born.
We will now have to wait until another property pops up which is not being sold by Cromwells.
