7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Lovely team but I felt they were working for the buyer rather than myself. I didn’t feel there was adequate negotiation on my behalf. I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.
14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)My partner and I recently bought our first home through Baker Wynne & Wilson and had a very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout, it was difficult to get through by phone, and when we did, staff often seemed frustrated with our questions rather than helpful or reassuring. We also received little to no updates during the process. On completion day, we were told the agents would call when the keys were ready, but after several unanswered calls, we had to go into the branch ourselves, only to be told the keys had been there for a while. When I queried why no one called me it was brushed off. Overall, we felt unsupported as first-time buyers and would not recommend this agent.

13th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)It was a pleasure to deal with Helen Thomas at Fisher German in relation to our renting a house. The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

Very professional team always going the extra mile. The office team in particular Blair was always polite friendly and helpful . Martin’s advice, professional attitude gave me great confidence in finding the perfect buyer for my property. Martin is a credit to his profession and Rory Mac. Fantastic guy! Whilst we was dealing with the pain of bereavement and deciding to sell our parents house, dealing with Darren was friendly, very knowledgable and professional advising us through all the stages of selling the property and made the process as easy as possible. He was available and a constant throughout and went above and beyond to keep us updated right through to completion when we was not getting much updates from the Solicitor.
17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.

We have used several different estate agents over the years, Wheatcroft & Lloyd are by far the best. They are so friendly, helpful & will go above & beyond without you even asking. Superb customer service which is a rarity these days. Our purchasers, who came for a 2nd viewing, mentioned how impressed they were with Wheatcroft & Lloyd & how they are so much better than their own agents. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Vicky who initially showed me the property and arranged subsequent viewings, was really helpful when I was unsure how to proceed. Luke and Phil were always available when I called with questions, and their system of solicitor and surveyor suggestions (in a range of fees for services) was really helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a property in the Nantwich area.

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Selling my home with New Adventure Homes was beyond smoother than I expected and Amir and Charlotte were fantastic to deal with from day 1. They were quick to come out and value, get it on the market and to get in touch with any questions, viewings, feedback etc. Communication never dropped off - like I’ve had in the past with other agents. I was in the loop the entire time and you could see they genuinely cared about the service that you recieved from them. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!
