3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)Agent very knowledgeable about the area, and house values. Gave feedback after all the viewings. Did two viewings myself, due to agents being unavailable. Property sold quickly for more than the asking price.

A big thank you to Sue in the Sales Office for all her help and support during our recent house sale, and to Rena for her help with renting our son's house. Both sales and rental processes were clearly explained and charges were very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate in using Northwood again!

11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)AVOID DEALING WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT IF YOU’RE PURCHASING A PROPERTY. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! My experience with Bridgford Crewe has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially dealt with Hannah, the sales negotiator, who wasted my time after I placed the highest offer on a property that was accepted. She repeatedly failed to respond to my calls or emails, dragging the process out and seemingly stalling to get more money for the property. When I then had to deal with Oliver, things went from bad to worse. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and clearly in need of serious training on how to handle clients. It’s shocking that this branch can operate with such disregard for people giving them business. I would strongly advise stay away from Bridgford Crewe if you’re looking to buy a home. Total waste of time and utterly frustrating.

Liaised great with solicitors and had no issues along the way. I would definitely recommend Bridgefords Winsford and Jade in particular to handle any dealings for you. No nonsense or hassle, things ran smoothly.

25th Apr 2024 (5 mo. ago)Once again, having used their sister company - Martin & Co - many times previously as a very happy customer, it was only natural I use Whitegates to sell our house. Not only was every single person I dealt with at Whitegates courteous, professional, attentive and friendly but their price was by far the best value - a winning combination! Dropped one star only because I had to chase up for viewing updates a couple of times but otherwise excellent. A special shout out to Sarah who, once an agreed sale is passed to her, she is very proactive and kept me regularly updated. Despite the one-star drop, I cannot recommend Whitegates highly enough.

They are prompt in getting your house on the market, realistic with their valuations but more importantly the level of support they offer is fantastic. Our sale/purchase took longer than anticipated and they helped every step of the way and kept us positive throughout. If we ever move again we would definitely go back to Lewis King.

Full end to end ownership and service for our sale. Would recommend the Nantwich team for anyone looking to sell in the area .

The communication was brilliant and they didn't take long at all to get back to us to arrange our viewings like some other agents did. The listings online were amazing- the photos represent the houses really well so you don't feel like you've been misled at all on viewing day, which saves everyone from wasting time. Floorplans were also available for all listings which helped us a lot. The viewings we had were great - they're professional, friendly & very helpful, we also never felt rushed as we did with some others. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell!
