They are professional and friendly, they have years of experience.... and it shows, they ‘know their stuff’. Their communication skills are second to none, and they were truly a pleasure to deal with.
I found them incredibly honest and reliable, realistic valuations .............. no false hope of inflated valuations (which sadly isn’t always the case with some agents and doesn’t help anyone in the long run)

Hassled constantly by the agent of where the sale was up to, when it was their client delaying proceedings with the solicitor. 5 weeks in gazumped by the seller after being assured by Cheshire Lamont that they were taking no more viewings.

Completely wasted our time.
