Very bad experience with this agency, not the professional outfit you would expect. Data protection was an issue, which led to emails being sent and seen between us and the buyer, breakdown in communication led to us having to withdraw from the sale costing us our sale and purchase. Felt the agent was acting more on behalf of the purchaser rather than us, their customer. Very stressful situation, thankfully we went with a more experienced agent and had a completely different experience.

Couldn’t fault Lamonts at all. Great communication and support - helped us through when our chain broke down but kept in contact with our buyers and we were soon back under offer would definitely highly recommend

I can not speak highly enough of the first class service I have recently received from all the team at Cheshire Lamont Nantwich. They are professional and friendly, they have years of experience.... and it shows, they ‘know their stuff’. Their communication skills are second to none, and they were truly a pleasure to deal with.
I found them incredibly honest and reliable, realistic valuations .............. no false hope of inflated valuations (which sadly isn’t always the case with some agents and doesn’t help anyone in the long run)
