3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
15th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Agents who conduct the viewings are engaging, thorough , personable & keen. Office staff are difficult to achieve telephone responses/call backs & after sales service needs improvement as does the accuracy of the information they provide you with when administering a long-winded exchange. Fee's were better than others & at the end of the day, they achieved two buyers for us as the first fell through due to a break in the chain - proof is in the pudding as they say! Would use again but keep more of an eye on the detail & not sit back believing its being monitored.
