12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

As our sales progressor, she worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, keeping everything moving even when things became challenging.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, she was always proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her determination, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference to the whole process.<br><br>We genuinely don’t believe we would have reached exchange without Leanne’s persistence and hard work. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about getting the job done.

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I generally prefer to give companies the benefit of the doubt and avoid leaving negative reviews, but our experience as buyers with Palmer Snell has been genuinely appalling.<br>?The level of communication from the sales team is beyond poor. Emails sent to Anthony repeatedly go unanswered, and getting through on the phone is a constant struggle. On one occasion, I spoke with Magda and gave her details regarding our purchase, but no action was ever taken. To make matters worse, Anthony scheduled a second viewing for my husband, forgot about it entirely, and left the seller to conduct the viewing herself.<br>?Due to the total lack of transparency and responsiveness from Palmer Snell, we were forced to contact the vendor directly. Unsurprisingly, she is just as dissatisfied with their service as we are.<br>?I must highlight the abysmal service from Anthony, the office manager. We found him to be arrogant, rude, argumentative, and overly dismissive when discussing structural and building queries. The experience has been so stressful that I can no longer bring myself to speak to the office, leaving my husband to handle all communication. If this transaction falls through, it will be entirely down to the agent’s incompetence.<br>?While there seem to be positive reviews for their lettings department, the sales team is a completely different story. Their lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer care is deeply frustrating. Whether you are buying or looking to instruct an agent to sell your home, I strongly advise avoiding Palmer Snell. In the future, any property listed with them will be an immediate red flag for us.

She carefully listened to my requirements and organised viewings for six properties, all of which matched my criteria remarkably well.<br>After visiting the properties with my son and his girlfriend, I found the perfect holiday let in Swanage. What sets Jackie apart is that her support didn't end when the sale was agreed. She remained helpful and responsive throughout, even assisting with collecting keys from the management company when I couldn't get there from London during office hours.<br>She also introduced me to a mortgage adviser, which proved invaluable. Her dedication, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.<br>I am now the proud owner of a wonderful holiday let in Swanage and have Jackie to thank for helping make it happen. Highly recommended!

Office staff are difficult to achieve telephone responses/call backs & after sales service needs improvement as does the accuracy of the information they provide you with when administering a long-winded exchange. Fee's were better than others & at the end of the day, they achieved two buyers for us as the first fell through due to a break in the chain - proof is in the pudding as they say! Would use again but keep more of an eye on the detail & not sit back believing its being monitored.

25th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

They have supported and helped me over the last 18 months, always keeping me updated, answering any questions I had and making what has been a long journey as straightforward as possible.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and personal approach have been excellent from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done to help me finally get to this point.<br><br>A massive thank you to Darren, Chris and everyone at Hayward Fox. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for everything!

I really appreciate the level of communication and advice throughout the process. The touches on moving in the day were also really appreciated and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend Danehurst at all, and want to thank them for the experience working with them.
