   The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly.    From the very start, Blake was extremely helpful in giving us tips on how to improve our house for selling . We took his advice and soon had many viewings and offers.<br>The other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
