Rebecca initially took my call, she was polite, professional and gave me all the information I needed before handing over to the Sales progression agent, Grace.
Put simply, Grace was outstanding. A difficult sale being handled by a different agent had a knock on effect with this purchase, introducing some obstacles. Grace would negotiate these unexpected issues without fuss or fanfare, always ending with a successful outcome.
Courteous, knowledgeable and above all, proactive, Grace would have the answers to many of my queries before I needed to ask leaving me in no doubt that my purchase would complete without issue. Thank you Grace.
I would not hesitate to recommend Arkwright and Co to family or friends.

I changed estate agents as found most are at best incompetent, then found Arkwrights and gave them my listing and kept everything crossed. They were professional and efficient from day one, kept me in the loop continuously re viewings and subsequent feedback. Their marketing was the best I have seen including not only photographs but drone filming and live walk through, they certainly earn their money.
I have now sold my property and complete in 3 weeks and Grace has been my saviour keeping my sanity through all the legalities and paperwork, she did a better job than most solicitors on chasing and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and keeping my stress levels to a minimum. But not just Grace, all the staff were amazing throughout and would have no hesitation at recommending ARKWRIGHTS if you are looking to sell your property. I was very happy with the service I received from Arkwright's in selling my mother's house. As I was not local, I depended on Arkwright's to do all sorts of things above and beyond the the normal roles of an estate agent. They were so so helpful. Grace was particularly brilliant: responsive, proactive and always there when you needed her. The post-sale chasing of solicitors was also excellent. Thank you very much: five star service!

I would highly recommend the team at Arkwright's, having recently sold my house with them. The proof of the pudding is in the eating and Arkwright's had an offer on my property in less than a week of putting it on the market. That is remarkable at any time but even more so with the current unpredictable market.
The whole team carried out their part in the sale to the highest possible level. Tom carried out the initial valuation and 360 filming and was always on hand for chats and to give solid advice. Matt produced really high quality images and video.
I was really impressed when Carol and Rebekah came to review the property with me to take time to understand the features of each room right down to details such as internet speed, so that they could be effective and informed for hosting viewings.
Grace (Sales Progression Manager) was a font of all sorts of information. She kept me and my buyers fully informed with updates at the beginning and end of each week and stepped in to help when I was unable to attend for the survey.
I would recommend Arkwright's to anyone considering selling their property.
