Recently rented a property through Arkwright & Co and they were fantastic from the moment we signed the lease to handing the keys back at the end. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and getting our deposit back at the end was a breeze.

Having rented properties from many different letting agencies I can honestly say Arkwright & Co have been a cut above the rest. Their friendly and professional service is really stand out and Daniel the lettings manager can’t do enough to make things as easy as possible for you.

If you are looking to rent in the local area definitely go with them!

A small friendly team of professionals who never passed you around at different stages of the selling process so you always dealt with the same people and hence they were fully up to date with the sale of the property.

We let a property from Arkwright & Co for a year and they were by far the best property management agency that we've ever dealt with.

From signing the lease, all during the tenancy, and through the check out Dan was a pleasure to work with. We were always able to get ahold of Dan, or if we couldn't on the rare occasion, Zoe in the office would help with our queries and ensure a quick response.

All issues or questions we had were quickly resolved, and, best of all, we were actually treated like humans, unlike with some other agencies that see tenants merely as a chequebook.

I would highly recommend Arkwright & Co for any property letting or other real estate needs.
