I would highly recommend the team at Arkwright's, having recently sold my house with them. The proof of the pudding is in the eating and Arkwright's had an offer on my property in less than a week of putting it on the market. That is remarkable at any time but even more so with the current unpredictable market.
The whole team carried out their part in the sale to the highest possible level. Tom carried out the initial valuation and 360 filming and was always on hand for chats and to give solid advice. Matt produced really high quality images and video.
I was really impressed when Carol and Rebekah came to review the property with me to take time to understand the features of each room right down to details such as internet speed, so that they could be effective and informed for hosting viewings.
Grace (Sales Progression Manager) was a font of all sorts of information. She kept me and my buyers fully informed with updates at the beginning and end of each week and stepped in to help when I was unable to attend for the survey.
I would recommend Arkwright's to anyone considering selling their property.

We recently bought our new house through Arkwright & Co. Grace looked after us. I found her to be incredibly helpful, she was on the ball, chased our solicitor (who was less than incredibly helpful) and did her best to keep things moving! Grace checked in on us and our position on a regular basis, but always respectfully. We had a very tricky experience moving, and of all the parties involved Arkwright (Grace specifically) were the most professional, courteous and supportive. I am very grateful for their part in getting us over the line and into our new home before Xmas!

I was advised by a friend to choose Arkwright as my estate agent. I was selling a house. Whilst the process was frustrating at times, the support from Arkwright (especially Grace) was tremendous. Grace kept me updated throughout the whole process and she never seemed to tire of chasing up solicitors and/or paperwork. I am very grateful for all the work they did.
