The service was excellent throughout — professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. The guidance we received was clear, transparent, and trustworthy, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
22nd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)The worst letting agency out there. Getting them to support the tenant with anything is like pulling teeth. We’ve been asking and filing requests for over 4 months to have Connells send one to take a look at our kitchen sink, and it still hasn’t happened. They keep passing blame around to building maintenance, to the landlord, but never actually taking any action to support the tenant. On top of that, the communication comes whenever Connells feels like it. They set response timelines which are rarely adhered to and even when they do communicate, it’s nothing of substance. Avoid at all costs!
19th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Update: Having rented a property from Kubie Gold for the last 2 years and now moving out I wanted to reaffirm the 5* rating I had initially given. They Kubie Gold have been a pleasure to deal with the whole time - always responsive, professional and polite. Any issues reported within the flat were addressed quickly and in an effective manner. Big thanks to Akbar and Kevin as well as the rest of the team who have made the tenancy such positive experience. Would highly recommend. Initial Review: Excellent, professional and efficient. I had a great experience working with Akbar to secure a new flat to rent. After getting in touch with Kubie Gold I was able to arrange a viewing later the same day. The whole process was very quick and efficient; within a day of viewing I was able complete the necessary checks and sign the tenancy agreement, receiving the keys later that same week. Throughout out the process Akbar made himself available and quickly addressed any questions I had while proactively helping in any way possible to make the whole experience as smooth as possible (and continues to do so). Cannot fault the service I had received in any way, and would highly recommend.

24th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

19th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)The worst estate agency ever to exist. Building not even registered via Barney council. Building isn’t levelled. Kicking people out for no reason then increasing the rent. Landlord unreliable. Disrespectful. Please do your research before renting a place under Chris Anthony. Everyone at Britannia house has been handed a random section 21 out of no where.

10th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We sold our property with Stadium. It was a complicated property transaction due to a chain, our leasehold, and the building safety act. The staff, in particular Goran, Alex and Graham, were helpful, polite and understanding at all points of the process. Their rates were more competitive than the high street chains and they provided a higher level, bespoke service for us. We put our flat on the market with another agent (high street chain) and Stadium achieved a significantly better offer for us.<br><br>They quickly found a new rental tenant for our buyers' flat, speeding up the process and saving us thousands of pounds. They helped us chase freeholders and solicitors at times when our own solicitors did not. Their hard work and dedication got the deal over the line. They were communicative, answering all emails promptly.<br><br>Much appreciated Stadium, thank you!

He acted as the agent when our daughters purchased their first flats and was helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Gary consistently chased both parties to keep everything moving smoothly and well managed. His communication and dedication really stood out, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone buying in the area.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
