He is knowledgeable and personable. I also had the pleasure of working with Aisling, who successfully sold our flat. She also is fantastic to work with & goes above & beyond for her clients. I would only ever use KFH for future sales, as I believe many do not come close to the standard set by KFH. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly, and they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. A special thank you to Redon, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. They were transparent and supportive, which made a big difference, especially during what can often be a complicated process. I really appreciate their efficiency and friendly approach. 16th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Apla was very helpful in assisting property sales and big thanks to her!- 3rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Title: Poor transparency on renewal terms – disappointing experience as a landlord I used KFH to let my property under a fixed two-year agreement, paying a fee of £3,000 + VAT upfront. While the initial letting process was handled competently, I was very disappointed by the lack of transparency around what happens at the end of the fixed term. It was not made clear that selecting a “0% renewal” option would mean KFH would provide no support whatsoever at the end of the tenancy — including even basic administrative assistance — unless a new commission-based agreement was entered into. To make matters more confusing, I received a standard renewal email outlining options such as rent review and statutory notices, which suggested KFH would be able to assist. This was later withdrawn, and I was told no support would be provided unless I agreed to a new fee structure. As a result, I had to manage the entire tenancy rollover and legal process myself, which was not what I reasonably expected after paying a substantial upfront fee. The issue is not about paying for additional services, but about clarity and consistency. Had the implications of the fee structure been explained properly at the outset, I would have made different decisions. Overall, the experience felt short-term and transactional rather than focused on long-term landlord relationships.
20th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda
