Wais assisted me and my wife. He was very professional on the phone, kept us up to date and ensured we received the best value for our money. He was also good at arranging viewings, sending information etc. In addition he assisted in giving my sister in law a lift after the viewing.

Slow to fix two broken radiators during a cold wave where temperatures dropped to below zero. Promises of return calls that then never happen. When they did send someone, only one of the two radiators was fixed. A broken smoke detector went (at least) 7 months unreplaced. They add a clause in the contracts that says tenants must allow viewings during the last month of tenancy. If this doesn't clash with the right of the tenants to the enjoyment of their home it should be fine. But they have a complete disregard for that right. Often viewings happen without 24 hour notice. They don’t ask permission, they inform via email that a viewing will take place. In one case, there were 40 minutes of notice on a Sunday at lunch time (they close on Saturdays but open on Sundays). Dozens of viewings took place when I was not present at the property. In two occasions the lights were left on for the rest of the day. After another viewing, a lamp appeared broken. When some of these things were brought to their attention, there was no apology given or even an acknowledgement. I see positive reviews from landlords and negative reviews from other tenants. As a former tenant, I would recommend anyone else to stay away.
Great service form start to finish, very professional and customer focused staff who handled all aspects with superb efficiency and often went above and beyond in order to keep things on track throughout the whole process as well as keeping my updated the whole way through. Terrible. They sent me to one address which wasn't built yet, and one address where the guy never showed up to let me in. Never followed up, useless. Sent bad flats that were irrelevant. Staff are rude. Asked 3 times to be taken off their mailing list and they still have not.
Excellent service provided by the Douglas Martin team over 4 years. First by Paul Segal and Anthony Ranabahu on the lettings team and then by Nick Harris and Rafi Gamliel on the sales team. Rafi has been particularly studious and patient during the past 6 months while selling the flat.
