Selling in London can be tricky but the Highgate team never gave up and stood by us every step of the way. We definitely recommend! Special thanks to Oliver for all your work!

18th Nov 2024 (15 days ago)I'm actually a mortgage broker and was acting for the purchaser. I have to say that Romario was very responsive and proactive with anything I needed to help get the purchase over the line. The whole company is actually very diligent and they even contact you at weekends (which I don't mind) as it keeps things moving. I probably get more involved than your average broker as I like to monitor and help the legal teams out where possible. It's amazing how one part of the process, if overlooked, can hold up the entire sale / chain and Romario at Joseph Scotts, like myself, was happy to assist. I would certainly recommend this estate agent.

Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.
