They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

As a first-time buyer, having someone who was responsive, proactive and easy to deal with made a real difference. A special thank you to Patricia, who was an absolute superstar throughout the process. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made what had been a stressful property search feel incredibly straightforward.<br><br>We went from viewing the property to moving in within just 7 days, which was far quicker than we ever expected. The communication and transparency throughout the process were excellent, and we always knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>After such a long and frustrating search, Foxtons made the experience seamless. 29th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

We ran into some difficulties during the referencing process, but he worked tirelessly to help us through every step and kept us updated throughout. Thanks to his persistence and support, everything was resolved smoothly.<br><br>The whole process was far less stressful because of his dedication, and we always felt that he genuinely cared about helping us secure our new home.<br><br>I highly recommend Empire Estates, and a special thank you to Ayoub for going above and beyond.
