9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

2nd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.

I highly recommend them to everyone in NW London who is thinking of selling. They don’t over value to get your business, and Geoffrey’s extensive knowledge of the local market had proven invaluable.

7th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I chose Daniels to sell my parents family home. Mason who has since left came to view initially and was wonderfully kind following my recent bereavement and then Russell and Omar took over when the time came for me to sell. They were and all the staff were always kind, courteous and respectful of the situation and I always felt they had the time to understand what I needed from the sale and were not pushy or forceful. I would highly recommend them to any seller but I'm sure from a buyers perspective their knowledge and experience would also be valuable.
