25th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Currently purchasing a flat in Belsize Park with this agency (we've just exchanged contracts). I've found the assigned agent to be communicative, cooperative and courteous. Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. Overall it's been a good experience, and I would gladly recommend the agency.

They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.
13th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

The relatively informal arrangements generated a lively Q and A session and a glass of wine was also very welcome. Looking forward to the next Landlord Lounge.
20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
