Buying a first property is always stressful but Ross explained all the processes in detail and made the process so much smoother.<br><br>When we had questions he was able to answer them clearly and really made time for us, he even stayed on extra later outside hours to ensure we understood everything and felt supported.<br><br>He was available to message anytime, was always quick to reply and be open to a phone call to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We would highly recommend choosing Ross.

Communication is clear, instructions are well organised, and they operate in a consistently professional manner. This makes coordinating inspections and delivering reports smooth for everyone involved. They are friendly, approachable, and have a clear focus on supporting their clients. We would highly recommend Hamilton Estates to anyone looking for a professional and well-organised letting agent.
6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I have been receiving a service from Hoopers and a Hoopers associate for over 20 years. They look after managing my flat so well that I know that I am in good hands. It is reassuring,, that they make sure that all the safety requirements are in place. More recently Shenae has been my main contact person and she is efficient, accessible, engaging, polite and overall very professional at what she does. For example Hoopers needed a set of keys, but Shenae made the time to collect the tenants key, got the spare keys cut and then returned the tenants keys to them. That made it really easy and saved my time as a landlord. Thank you Hoopers for such an excellent service. Dr LW MBE

Ross and Katarina were both very helpful, responsive and kept us informed at every stage, which made everything much easier during what can be quite a stressful time when moving home.<br>Everything was handled professionally, and we really appreciated their support leading up to our move-in. When we arrived, we also found a lovely little welcome box with some crackers and sweets waiting for us — a simple gesture, but such a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome in our new home.<br>Thank you again to Ross, Katarina and the rest of the Ellis & Co team for making the process so smooth. He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. He was always quick to respond and clearly worked to keep things moving forward, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out for us, keeping us informed and making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Shereen was always there when we needed her, and her dedication and attention to detail really made a difference. 29th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. He immediately made us feel at ease and was always upfront and honest with us, without ever being pushy.<br><br>We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Oliver was always happy to help. He knew what he knew, and if there was something he didn’t, he’d find out for us. He’s been incredibly proactive and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do to help us purchase our new home.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t recommend Oliver and Hossein highly enough. They’ve both been fantastic throughout.
