11th May 2026 (9 days ago)Fake review by Andrew N as Companies House shows Kubie Gold Associates Limited was incorporated on 2 June 2010, so they've been operating as a registered company for around 15 years, they can't be managing his property for 28 years! I have rented a flat in a building managed by Kubie Gold for some years, and this has been my worst experience with any property management company. The problems are consistent and ongoing: repairs are handled slowly, often left incomplete, and require repeated chasing. Communal areas are cleaned infrequently, if at all. When complaints are raised — including through my landlord, who confirms they contact Kubie Gold directly — nothing changes. There is no follow-up, no accountability, and no visible improvement. If you are a resident experiencing similar issues, be aware that Kubie Gold is registered with The Property Ombudsman. If your complaint is not resolved within eight weeks of being formally raised, you have the right to escalate it directly to the Ombudsman, who can require the company to take action and award compensation. Do not let complaints be ignored indefinitely — there is a formal process and you are entitled to use it. I would urge anyone considering a property managed by Kubie Gold to ask detailed questions about how repairs are tracked, how complaints are resolved, and what the communal maintenance schedule looks like — and to get answers in writing.

When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

Steve's very easy to get in touch with if there are any issues, and always let us know well in advance if there were any contractors coming to the building for maintenance, fire doors etc. Caroline also very helpful whenever we had any queries. Great bunch of people, we will miss the flat.

We had two minor issues from the buyer which were quickly resolved. So if you want a stress free experience Slades are the way forward. Thank you all.
24th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

I have stayed the place for almost one year, and during my time here, he has been very considerate, attentive, and always ready to help. I got the desposit back and there is no issue throughout the whole rental process. The price is reasonable, the apartment is clean and quiet, and the roommates are friendly. John has been communicative and helpful from the start of my rental until the end, he is very trustworthy.

There was no time wasting or hiding anything — everything about the flat was explained clearly and exactly as expected. A special thanks to Khotol, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and made the whole decision-making process so much easier for us. Whenever I had any doubts or questions, she informed me immediately and kept us updated at every step. And not forgetting Jason! He was also fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
