22nd Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

Their team was professional, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, offering clear and helpful guidance throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, with regular updates that made everything smooth and stress-free. 22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Before you consider buying on any Hills Brothers sites, Google West End Park in Kirkham , see what they have done to the residents there, and then you will see what sort of owners your dealing with
29th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Instructed them to value a plot of land to move to a pension. They'd valued it for the bank a few years previously. When the chap showed up, he said he couldn't value it the normal way as he had nothing to compare it to, so suggested he estimate costs to build an office on it, then deduct the costs. His calculation came out negative. I told him to find me any land that I could be paid to own! He then guessed a value around 30% of the price he'd valued it at 5 years previously. Nothing had changed except gaining planning permission. Absolutely no use to us, completely incorrect value & it took them months to get to that point. Basically oxygen thieves.
23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Well what can I say about the team at quick move outstanding I have no words how to praise them absolutely brilliant mubs from start to finish she was amazing kept update date through out the sales process I would not use anyone else there are like a family helping in every section good thing as well if you have English problem there and speak other languages There made my sales process easy I will definitely use them again Once again thank you to mubs and nasir really appreciated

Although probably the most stressful of times as is widely known, their professionalism shone through right up to the point we collected our keys. Saying thanks is not enough, you cannot go wrong with Acquire Homes.

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.

From start to finish, Kalim was extremely professional, genuinely helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. His vast knowledge of the housing market was clear throughout the entire process. He provided constant 24/7 updates, keeping me fully informed every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always proactive in making sure everything moved forward smoothly and efficiently.
