Our viewing was conducted in a relaxed, unhurried way, with our questions answered helpfully and informatively. Once our offer was accepted the conveyancing process dragged on for 6 months due to inefficient, frustrating solicitors up and down a fairly short, mainly cash transactional chain. Hayley at i Bay Homes was resposive to our calls, helpful with her experience and insights to the legal process and facilitated communication with her sellers. She also liased with our estate agent and kept us informed regarding legal progress by the seller's solicitor.
