18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I had a very positive experience working with Butler Sherborn in Cirencester during the purchase of my first house, from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear and responsive, which made a real difference. They were also incredibly helpful in recommending reliable local contractors when needed, which saved time and gave extra peace of mind. Lucia was always on hand to answer questions, provide real updates, and offer support at each stage. The whole process took around three months to complete, and they managed expectations well, keeping everything realistic and transparent. Overall, a professional, supportive, and well-organised team. I’d happily recommend them. D.

Even when Paul was understandable distracted with unforeseen family matters, he remained in communication and showed great commitment and returned calls to make the entire process straightforward. Thank you Paul, we know it was a difficult time for you & family but you remained available and professional. The entire Paul Pieri Team did an excellent job. Thank you again. 11th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited. It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after. It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to: 1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have) 2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. Its fair to say they went above and beyond. A real pleasure to do business with- 28th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)My agent was organized and professional, made me comfortable from day one. I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. It’s a good firm.
14th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)My friend and I have both rented with JCP, and while my experience was okay (which I put down to having a conscientious landlord rather than any doing of the agents themselves), I am giving a one star review because of the terrible experience of my friend with JCP and their landlord, who is the director of JCP. On leaving the property, the landlord tried to claim double the amount of the deposit in damages for false reports they had made on the final condition of the property. This was completely unjustified and was made especially painful considering the already existing issues with the property that the landlord failed to engage with them on throughout the tenancy; this all caused significant stress to my friend. I would not recommend JCP in the future because of this
3rd Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)If it wasn't for Max and his team I am not sure I would have managed my sale and purchase. We had a rough time with Solicitors and Max guided us through all of it. I have already passed his details onto friends and family and they are also very pleased with the service they are getting. Talk about going the extra mile I am glad Max was on our team!

He was incredibly efficient, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Compared to another agency in Chippy I dealt with, the service I received here—particularly from Alfie—was far superior. I truly appreciated his professionalism, reliability, and the genuine care he showed. Highly recommended!
