17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have rented out a property for some time; Hamptons have been the managing agent. The Letting Office have always been helpful and informative; in particular Sonja Broderick who always has time to listen to us. During our time we have had a number of property managers; currently Antony Bacon. Have to say Antony has been the best! He has been pleasant and helpful particularly now when we are dealing with a leak which had gone undetected for some time. He understands how we are feeling about the whole thing, is communicative with progress, and always willing to chase contractors to keep things moving.

6th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

14th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have recently purchased our beautiful new home through Butler Sherborn, Burford office. We dealt with Henry and cannot recommend the service he provided highly enough. He was polite, proactive and communicated with us throughout the whole process…. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered promptly. The whole team at Burford were friendly and professional always passing our messages on and getting back to us with any answers. On completion we received a beautiful card and gift adding to the personal touch provided throughout the whole experience. Many thanks to the entire team!

15th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.
3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

3rd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!

The way they guided us as sellers clearly demonstrated their experience and professionalism in the market. Lance was always available to take my calls and address any queries that arose during the process, which made everything much smoother for us. We are very grateful for their support in successfully completing the sale and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. 30th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)As a landlord or tenant, I would highly recommend Property Foundations Group (PFG for short). I have dealt with Kristen, Adam and Paul, all good people with their morals in the right places, something that is rare in the world of property investment. I found PFG to be very professional and thorough in the way they do things, keeping the interests of tenants and landlords great at all times, and they are always on top of the safety compliance requirements that do often change. They seem to know how to keep their cool and coherence, which is a big plus in such a chaotic industry as property letting. My rental was a flat, but I also observed that their Room Lets have good systems in place for communal areas being cleaned by cleaning contractors, something I noticed when I was meeting a friend at one of their other properties. More importantly this means that tenants who rent rooms from PFG don’t have to argue who is going to wash up, clean, vacuum, and so on, and landlords that want to let out their properties as rooms don’t have to get involved in as much headache like this. They also have a good maintenance booking system for anything that goes wrong. Fortunately in my case I didn’t have to use it, but I did a test run (which I later cancelled) just to see how well it worked. I always worry that something could go wrong and the landlord is on holiday (or something like that), but when renting through PFG, there really is no need to be concerned about this, as they have access to contractors around the clock. Safety is utmost priority. PFG were really on top of my safety: During my mid-tenancy, the Annual Gas Safety Check was due. I wasn’t really keeping a very good track of my diary at the time, so when it came to this VITAL day, I was unintentionally unavailable. Paul went above and beyond his call and duty to make sure the inspection was carried out on time, by going out of his way to reach me successfully (without any intrusion). Now this might, to some readers, seem a bit trivial, but actually it really isn’t, because Gas Safety Checks are often carried out EXACTLY 1 year after a boiler installations/upgrades/repairs, and there are parts in boilers that only last 366-400 days so that they stop working just after the warrantee period expires. In otherwords, had it not been for the systems PFG put in place, the inspection could have lapsed over that 366 day boundary, putting me in a potential spot of danger. It’s important for readers to diarise their safety inspection dates to avoid the same sort of thing happening. The half-yearly inspection was also all-fine, safety wise, as well. Jenny asked me whether I was happy for her to take photos of the smoke alarms (that are in every room) to show to their Maintenance Team just to make sure there weren’t any issues, and it was all fine. All in all, very good.
