They were all really friendly and easy to contact. I was also impressed with the fees as they seemed very competitive compared to other estate agents I tried. Really happy with the service. Having just moved into my first flat I was very nervous when I woke to discover a leak from above. A quick call to Roland gave me all the assurance I needed. He quickly and effectively dealt with matter, a plumber and electrician were sent out very quickly and I was kept update with the process, after all had been fixed Roland even called to check everything was as it should be. He is a real asset to to company, he knows his stuff and can get things sorted very quickly. I feel very confident in my home now thanks to such great support. Would highly recommend for first time and any renters to use this company with property management like this .

3rd Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Good estate agent but there should be a clause whereby if the house sells quickly you don’t pay as much for the service. Mine was only on for two weeks before selling but have to pay £5k approx. Some houses for a similar price take a year and a lot of work on behalf of estate agents so that should cost more!!

24th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I just wanted to say what an asset Adam Nazarko is to your sales team. He does things right and it is refreshing to see. Arriving at properties, in advance and ensuring they look their best (such as opening bi-folding doors or lighting candles). He also has a print out of the property details, which not all agents have. He regularly kept me informed of properties and those that were yet to go on the market - Well done.

15th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I first met with Ian back in 2005 when I purchased my home. A decision was made to start letting the property through them and have done so for over 13 years. I have now just sold the house once again through Hanover Homes. Over the whole period they have been totally professional and efficient, any problems that occurred during the letting period were dealt with almost instantly by Rebecca. They dealt with the sale with precision and diligence, you couldn't ask for more from any Agents
