I was moving from Brighton to Newhaven and the process was complicated, owing to hiccups along the chain which were out of our control. I had a wonderful agent handling our sale in Brighton, whom I trusted one hundred percent, and I was anxious that the agent handling the Newhaven house might perhaps prove to be untrustworthy.
