Wendy and Tom supported us throughout the process, keeping us informed (as our sale was not the easiest) and were always quick to respond. From taking the photos of our property, preparing the brochure (which we were so pleased with!) and beyond, they were professional and knowledgeable and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
3rd Aug 2025 (24 weeks ago)We decided to sell when there was a lull in the property market. Avon carried out as much advertising of the property as they could. They kept in contact throughout this time. Sale not quite completed yet but on the whole everything has been good.
26th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

7th Aug 2025 (23 weeks ago)We are buying a new home from Taylor Wimpey and Reeds Raines were one of the appointed estate agents. They were extreemly polite and efficient and answered any questions posed to them very promply.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.

The process was swift and simple with 8 potential tenants visiting within a week of the listing, and 4 of those applying. The tenants we opted for moved in two weeks later.
